Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on the return procedure and shipping address. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and the shipment must include a tracking number.
⚠️ Delivery Issues Due to the Customer
If the carrier is unable to deliver your package due to restricted access to your address (intercom system, secured building, incorrect or inaccessible address), we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery. It will be your responsibility to contact the carrier to arrange a redelivery attempt or a pickup. No refund will be issued in this situation.
⚠️ Delivery Timeframes
Our estimated delivery times are 7 to 12 business days within Canada. These timeframes are clearly communicated before any purchase. If you feel that delivery is taking too long but your order is still within the communicated timeframe, we are unable to issue a refund for this reason. We invite you to track your package using the tracking number provided.
⚠️ Important Information Regarding the Size of Our Compression Camisoles
Our camisoles are specifically designed to provide firm body compression. It is precisely this adjusted compression that delivers all the product's benefits: back support, reduction of muscle tension, improvement of postural alignment, and slimming of the silhouette.
It is perfectly normal for the camisole to feel tight — this is an essential characteristic of the product, not a defect.
For this reason, we do not accept any returns or refunds based on the feeling of tightness or the perception that the size is too small. This is an integral part of how our product works. Product Variations
Our products are photographed and described with the utmost care. However, slight variations may exist between the product received and the visuals presented on our website or advertisements (color shades, dimensions, finishes, manufacturing batches). These variations are inherent to the nature of our products and differences in screen calibration, and do not constitute a defect or a reason for return.
Damaged Items or Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the situation and remedy it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned either.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the desired item is to return your current item. Once the return is accepted, you may make a new purchase separately.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing and posting of the refund may take some time depending on your bank or credit card company.
